The Miller Family have farmed wine grapes in Paso Robles for generations. Experts in the land, they understood that the warm days, cool nights and shale soils created the ideal growing conditions for Cabernet Sauvignon. They teamed up with talented winemaker John Crandell who transforms these juicy grapes in this aromatic, smooth wine. A superb expression of California’s central coast. Heady aromas of blackcurrant, plum and tobacco leaf with toasty spice hints. This Cabernet showcases Paso Robles’s classic, intense character and fresh zip. It’s already drinking deliciously and will gain further complexity with a few years in the cellar. Fantastic with braised short ribs, or vegetarian chilli, and is also smooth enough to enjoy on its own.
